*Monthly Fees-$144.50

The monthly assessment, paid to the association, The Enclave at Founders Village Homeowners Association, Inc.,  will be used for the maintenance and care of the Enclave at Founders Village.

ASSOCIATION FEES INCLUDES:

• Founders Village Master Association assessment ($34.50)
• Common area irrigation
• Common area perimeter fence maintenance
• Common area utilities and utilities which are not separately metered to each unit
• Landscaping maintenance including individual unit front lawn care
• Community lighting
• Entrance maintenance
• Mailbox location maintenance
• Roofing maintenance
• Hazard insurance
• Common area snow removal
• Common area asphalt and concrete maintenance
• Maintenance of the exterior of buildings (does not include doors, windows, etc, see covenants for more specific information)
• Trash pickup once a week with the option to use the trash company's receptacles
• Homeowner is responsible for personal property insurance, individual unit utilities (electric, water and sewer, gas).
• At closing, there is a one time association transfer fee and one time working capital payment for each association:
  Founders Village Master Association: Transfer Fee $95.00
  Working Capital $48.00;
  Enclave at Founders Village Homes Association, Inc.: Transfer Fee $200.00
  Working Capital $286.00;
